At Södertuna Slott , we let the nature and flavors of Sörmland shape our food philosophy. Our menus are created with consideration for seasonal changes and with respect for the origin of the ingredients. With us, you get to enjoy daily fresh ingredients - while contributing to sustainable choices.
We work with local producers and source our ingredients from Sörmland's farms and forests. We have the pleasure of working with Ösvreta Gård, Arkadien Trädgård, Bonden på Södertuna, Sörbro Gård, Jordnära Mat, Gripsholms Bageri, Ekhovs Säteri, Saras Skafferi and hunters from all over Sörmland.
In our beautiful dining rooms, surrounded by candlelight and chandeliers, you will be offered dishes where tradition meets the present - all served in an environment where the charm of history lives on.

Södertuna Castle's wine cellar is the oldest part of the castle and consists of what remains of the 14th century Wad farm.

At Södertuna Slott we serve bread and pastries from our own bakery at Gripsholms Värdshus in Mariefred. Everything from breakfast breads to sweet treats are baked here with craftsmanship and carefully selected ingredients - to give every meal that little extra.
The pastries and bread from our bakery are part of the holistic approach that permeates everything we do. The raw materials are carefully selected, often from local producers, and every part of your stay bears traces of what we cherish most - craftsmanship, proximity and care in the small things. A tasteful craft we are proud to share with our guests.
